What is a digital navigator?

A digital navigator is someone who specializes in digital inclusion—ensuring that everyone in our community has access to affordable and reliable internet, a digital device, skills and training, and trusted local programming.

Who is GCM’s digital navigator?

Mackenzie Colvin is a Certified Digital Navigator (Mass Broadband Institute/Tech Goes Home, 2025) and peer specialist. He comes to GCM with 15+ years of lived experience running digital equity cohorts and workshops.

What does Mackenzie do?

Mack spends the majority of his time working one-on-one with Northern Berkshire residents who need help with technology. While you can always pop into our offices to ask him a question, we encourage you to visit him at one of our partner organizations:

  • Cheshire Public Library, Cheshire
  • Milne Public Library, Williamstown*
